CREOLE and TURBAN


Creoles are genetically a softneck garlic that behaves like a hardneck.
Extremely flavourful when used raw or when cooked.  Medium sized bulbs,
with 5-9 cloves
 
Turban garlic is from Asian decent.  It is know for its sharp radish like bite and can withstand high heat cooking.
Turban garlic is always the first garlic up in the spring and the scapes do not fully curl
