Collection: PORCELAIN

Porcelain garlic is the most popular garlic grown in Ontario.  Distinguished by their large,  smooth white bulb wrappers and 3-5 very large cloves.  Porcelains are best eaten raw, as their flavours break down when over cooked.   They are most often a tall impressive plant with thick dark green leaves.  Scape removal is critical to ensure a higher clove count.
