Garlic Strings

Our most popular garlic varieties have coloured strings worn by each bulb like a graduation scarf.  The garlic strings are designed to be used as a quick reference in the kitchen for each varietal type. On this website you will find colour matching description cards that highlight each garlic's distinct properties and flavours.  

Some of our garlic varieties have yet to earn their coloured string. These are labeled as 'Limited Stock' and are available for sale in limited quantities.  Limited Stock varieties each have their own full description card highlighting garlic properties and flavours.
