As far as Porcelain garlic grow, this variety known as Ivan is incredibly robust!  Ivan has recently achieved a light green coloured string.  It has tall thick stalks like a sapling.  Large dark green leaves like an Arizona palm.  Clean white bulbs as big as your fist, and cloves as big as your thumbs.  Taste?  You tell me.  Better yet, tell IVAN.
