Guatemalan

This Guatemalan garlic is a Creole variety.  It has been a challenge growing it in our Canadian climate.  After 4 years it is now established and producing some very tasty cloves.  Dark red and tan coloured cloves tightly wrapped in a medium sized tan bulb.  It is not a large plant but does produce a decent scape.  Harvest has been later than other Creole varieties we grow.  GU
