Guatemalan Ikeda

This Guatemalan Ikeda garlic is a Purple Stripe variety.  After 4 years of bulbil production it is now established and producing some very tasty bulbs.  Dark red and tan coloured cloves tightly wrapped in a medium sized tan bulb.  It is not a large plant but does produce a decent size scapes.  Harvest is late like most purple stripe varieties.  GU with a blue and white string
