Rose de Lautrec
Rose de Lautrec
Creole
This world famous garlic variety Rose de Lautrec has a PGI - Protected Geographical Indication. That means this is technically not Rose de Lautrec unless it was grown in France. The flavours encapsulated in this bulb are said to replicate the taste of Southern France. This Creole variety produces small and pungent cloves but not too spicy. We are still growing a limited quantity and hope to replicate its full flavour potential in the soils of Ontario. RL with a red wine coloured string
