Spanish

It has take us many years to develop this softneck garlic into a successful yielding variety.  Spanish is a Silverskin variety in the Softneck group.  It does not have multiple layers of cloves like Artichoke Softnecks but the bulb is divided into two sections and the stalk is semi rigid.  The flavours and spiciness are very mild and is most suitable to those with difficulty digesting raw garlic.  SP
