Sicilian Gold

This softneck garlic has a gold string.  Not only to match its name, but also for its rich golden aftertaste.  It has multiple layers of small silky cloves and scores a medium on the spicy scale.  Similar to the flavours of Rocambole variety Italian Purple, but much milder.
