Russian Redstreak

This is one of the most difficult garlic varieties to classify.  Russian Redstreak was originally a Rocambole that evolved into the Asiatic group, documented by the famous Garlic grower Ron England.  Theoretically Russian Redstreak should perform similar to our Xian variety does with a scaping softneck.  Flavours are mildly spicy without a lingering aftertaste.
