New to us in 2024, this is a difficult garlic variety to classify. Russian Redstreak was originally a Rocambole that evolved into the Asiatic group, documented by the famous Garlic grower Ron England. Theoretically Russian Redstreak should perform similar to our Xian variety does. Flavours are mildly spicy without a lingering aftertaste. RS
