Pyong Yang is the first Korean garlic to grow in our fields.   What the plant lacks in stature we hope it will make up for in flavour.  If it is anyway similar to Xian  we have a winner.  Both from an Asiatic subclass,  they are early to emerge in the spring, and offer exceptional cooking properties at high heat.   PY
