This softneck garlic with a white string has a pyramidal shaped bulb with multiple layers of cloves.  In a cold growing season, Lokalen will partially bolt and produce large marble sized bulbils on the stock.  Lokalen also has a very sharp and spicy bite.  It is one of the spiciest garlic we grow.
